In the USER43 position we use our JoomlaXTC HTML Module to create the a blank module with a div to set the height for the skyline background. The background is set in the template style parameters for Region 6. Use the module suffixes 'nopad nomarg mobilehide'.
Use the following mark up for the Module HTML.
