The most common issue with Mobile display on our templates is a confusion with the Mobile Detect Parameter. Our most recent Templates are built with a fully Responsive Bootstrapped layout and do not require a separate Mobile Template. We have chosen to still give web designers the option to use either the Default or the Mobile template for devices.
If your site is not displaying correct in the Mobile view, please go to the template manager and open the template. Next, check the default / details settings and make sure that the Mobile Detect parameter is turned OFF. The Mobile Detect parameter detects if the site is being view on a device and automatically switches from the Default Layout to the Mobile Layout.
