User1 - Custom HTML Module
In the User1 position use the core Joomla HTML Module to display the logo image and the rotating truck image. Use the following mark up for the Module HTML.

The background image for the module is found in the module options tab. Use the module suffix classes: nopad nomarg - for no paddding and no margin on the module.
NOTE: Make sure if you are using a WYSIWYG editor that you have HTML Stripping off or you may lose the HTML markup when saving
