Aphex comes with several page classes for custom layouts for Joomla Content. You have 3 custom options for Right Featured, Left Featured, and Center Featured. In order to use the custom layouts you need to add a Page Class Suffix to your menu item linking to the page. When you create the menu item go to the Page Display Options and in the Page Class add: centerlarge, leftlarge or rightlarge.
