Quick Reference Guide

This easy-to-use plugin simplifies the embedding of .SWF files such as video or animations into your articles. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Administrator "Extensions" menu to install the plugin.
2. On the same menu, go to the "Plugin manager" option and enable the plugin.
3. Configure the plugin by changing any of the following parameters to your preference:

Folder Select the folder in your media/ directory where the .SWF files will be located.
bkgcolor Set a background color for the SWF area (use #RRGGBB color format)
wmode Choose window mode for the SWF area.
fullscreen Select wether to enable or disable full screen mode.
Once the plugin is configured, upload your .SWF files to the selected folder and edit your content articles to include a tag such as this:

{playswf width,height}filename.swf{/playswf}

Where "width" and "height" are numeric values to set the .SWF area size in pixels, and "filename.swf" is the filename of the .SWF file uploaded.

Place this tag anywhere in your content article and save the changes. The .SWF will now be played back when the article is shown in your website's frontend.
