Our ticket system provides a safe and simple way to receive technical help about any of our products. Please review the guidelines below to make the process easier and faster for you.

Support Guidelines

Before you ask...

We strive to give the best service possible by focusing first on our customers. Opening the ticket with the same account used to download or buy the product will speed up the process.

  • Whenever possible, include basic information about your system such as PHP and MySQL versions.
  • Some problems are caused by uncommon settings on the hosting environment; please specify a Joomla! admin account we can use to review your site properties.
  • If you think a particular file is in trouble, please include a read/write FTP account we can use to review and replace it if necessary.

Availability: Our support teams are available Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm EST and will process tickets in a first-come, first-served basis.
