Our templates give you the option to disable the Component on the Home Page. In the template manager under the "Advanced Parameters" you can select which components to display on the frontpage (press the CTRL key for multiple selection) or choose one of the other available options.
If you have an empty white box or area on your home page, this is because the Component view is on. To fix this, simply select none in the "Advanced Parameters" to turn the Component view off.
