If you are using the JoomlaXTC Wall modules in your website and they stop loading and leave you with an endless loading spinner, there are several scenarios that might be the issue:
#1 JavaScript Conflict: If you installed a 3rd party extension and the Walls stop loading this is most likely a JavaScript conflict. You can use a web inspecting program like Firebug to find where the conflict and issue is. Please view our article on JavaScript conflicts.
#2 You uninstalled another Wall module: The JoomlaXTC Wall modules install the JavaScript file in your media folder and all walls use the same file. This method helps to optimize the JavaScript calls by not calling the same file more than once. If you uninstall a Wall module it will remove the JavaScript file and your other Walls will no longer work. To fix this issue, simply re upload one of the remaining Wall modules and this will re install the JavaScript.
