Quick Reference Guide
This easy-to-use plugin simplifies the embedding of .SWF files such as video or animations into your articles. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Administrator "Extensions" menu to install the plugin.
2. On the same menu, go to the "Plugin manager" option and enable the plugin.
3. Configure the plugin by changing any of the following parameters to your preference:
Folder | Select the folder in your media/ directory where the .SWF files will be located. |
bkgcolor | Set a background color for the SWF area (use #RRGGBB color format) |
wmode | Choose window mode for the SWF area. |
fullscreen | Select wether to enable or disable full screen mode. |
{playswf width,height}filename.swf{/playswf}
Where "width" and "height" are numeric values to set the .SWF area size in pixels, and "filename.swf" is the filename of the .SWF file uploaded.
Place this tag anywhere in your content article and save the changes. The .SWF will now be played back when the article is shown in your website's frontend.
