IGoogle Weather Install and Documentation
Uploading the package element:
IGoogle Weather is a Joomla 1.5 module and is installed like all Joomla Modules via the Extensions Install area of your Joomla Administrator.
How it works:
IGoogle Weather features multiple Languages, Fa or Cel reports and unlimited cites added by the administrator with our custom XPS. V1.0 flash based module is a fixed width module not suited for side module positions. Module includes a shadowbox popup version for sites without wide width (approx 370px) positions.
Your host must support PHP (with curl library enabled)
Set Up:
Simply add your cities and states on each line of the locations area and the module will add the location option. If you choose only one city the module will only show the weather for that city on start, when multiple cities are selected the module will start on the options page.
Configuring the Module:
Module Parameters
Module Width: The Width of the Panel Display in the module position
Module Height: The Height of the Panel Display in the module position
Display Mode: As a module or Pop Up Lightbox feature
Button Image: The image selection for Pop Up Button link from your images/ folder
Default Units: F or C
Allow Fullscreen: Yes or No
Locations: Enter each location on one line
