There are several issues that can arise with using Paypal, here are the most common issues:
"I paid with Paypal but my purchase is still pending"
This is most likely due to your payment posting as an e-check. An eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account. Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear. Both eChecks and Instant Transfers are ways to pay with your bank account. With an eCheck, the JoomlaXTC receives the money in a few days and then you get access to your product. With an Instant Transfer, JoomlaXTC receives the money right away and you get your product right away.
"Paypal keeps trying to charge my account"
If you subscribed to one of our club plans with Paypal, Paypal automatically adds this as a recurring subscription. You can cancel this at any time by going to your Paypal account and cancel the subscription. This will not cancel your membership but will cancel the recurring subscription.
"I never get taken to Paypal during checkout"
We have done extensive cross browser testing for this issue and have never found an issue. If you are unable to get to Paypal during the check, please wait a few moments and try again, in case the Paypal site is having issues. If you still do not get redirected to Paypal, please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox.
