If you are having trouble with any of our templates or extensions please open a support ticket and our team will be glad to assist you as soon as possible. We offer non-tangible software products and services and for that reason refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The product is broken or non-functional and you have submitted a support ticket with no resolve.
  • The product description was fully misleading.
  • The software product was purchased but not downloaded.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the first 7 days after payment completion as long as no abuse (such as a high number of downloads) occurs.

JoomlaXTC reserves the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about a product or subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product has been downloaded.
  • You refused to provide our support staff sufficient access to your web-site to investigate.
  • You have done a high number of downloads.

Refunds are not applicable on support plans, custom development, and other premium services.

Auto-renewing club subscriptions are handled thru PayPal. If you wish to stop recurrent charges, visit your PayPal account to edit your subscription settings or cancel it altogether.
