We are happy to announce that all of our Joomla 3x template quickstarts and templates have been upgraded to Joomla 3.8.4! Joomla 3.8.4 includes a security patch for the module chrome override in templates. This security patch requires updating of our core templates.

If you have not edited any of the core template files and used the correct method of storing your custom CSS in the template.css file, you can update the template without losing any of your customizations. If you have made changes or don't want to re-install the core template, here is the procedure to update the core files.

1. Download the latest version of the core template from the template product page.

2. Un-Zip/Un-compress the file.

3. Locate the following file: templates/template_name/html/modules.php

4. Upload the file to your site as templates/template_name/html/modules.php, replacing it.
